1.Job Desc
Investment Executive are expected to provide internal support to their teams.
– Data management, collation and generation of standard reports
– Co-ordination with buying team
– Putting together standard competitive review
– Basic analysis of media options
– Generation of planning costs, capable of doing scheduling runs / checking schedules for optimality
– Maintain good relation with media house (all media)
– Documentation of all supporting data that required for invoicing process
– Preparing schedule as set objective.
– Checking materials with clients/creative agency
– Maintain the schedule (in case of revision) – Pre-emption, cancelation, and additional
– Monitoring and controlling – making sure that all schedule are implemented
– Keeping notes on any changes happened (in the activity) in log book
– Prepare post buy report and analysis
– Assist in making competitive buying strategy (Preparing data and perform simple analysis for the presentation using the given template)
– Looking for media opportunity which suitable with for the campaign
– Create a conducive working environment within teams.
2. Skills and experience required
– Attention to detail
– Basic numeric ability
– Familiarity with standard media terms
– Familiarity with standard media software
– Good analytical ability
– Good oral and written communication
